No internet

Hi, My 5G Home Broadband modem - Modem has been restarted. When I’m searching for the wifi on my tv, it stated “connected, no internet”. I’ve tried “forget network” and enter the details again but it’s still not working. It was working in the morning and suddenly it’s been disconnected. Please help!

Let us get to the bottom of this, could you please confirm the status lights we have on the modem/router also shoot us a PM with your details (Customer ID/Complete address on file).
