No internet

Level 2
Whilst my router is working fine my internet has been offline for about three to four hours. Connects for five minutes at a time and then disconnects again. I have no phone to test the line. My account is under my name Amy Satchell. Please test. This is another issue with TPg and is making me rethink my connection as a service.

The issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and they have lodged it to Telstra who has committed to send a technician anytime between now and 23/Mar/2019.
