No internet

Since yesterday afternoon, wifi was connected, but no internet, tried off the box and reopen, didn’t work. Can any one help me to find it out?

Let us help check what causing issues with the service and get to the bottom of this. Could you shoot us a PM with your details so we can proceed with the initial investigation. 

Also send a picture of the current lights of the NBN box and the modem.
