I’ve gone through all the online steps tpg have asked me to do from checking area services and troubleshooting and can’t resolve my connection! My next step is to talk to someone but I can’t get hold of anyone 4 hours I have been on the phone listening to the automated machine! If someone doesn’t contact me to resolve my internet connection I’m changing supplier! The connection has been out nearly for a week!
I've had problems for the last three days too. Nothing on the NBN outage site but got a text from TPG stating that there is an NBN outage in my area. No information on what the issue is or how long it will last.
