No nbn connection - Mckinnon area

Hi, my nbn is not working since afternoon. On the nbn modem, only the power light is on. The downstream light is flashing. The upstream and online' s light are off. We have tried to turn off modem for 1 minute and turn it back on again but it is still not working. We checked service outage information, no outage has been reported. We called TPG number, listened to music for a long time without anyone answered the phone. Hope anyone can help our internet back on again. It is school holiday and the kids are struggling without internet. Please help.
