Anyone else experiencing inability to post with service technician online? Submitted question yesterday. Today there's no provision on site to submit more questions.
For two days now trying to get in contact. Was on hold for two hours yesterday.
After outage (which apparently has been fixed) internet flashing on router. Tried hard reboot, checked all cables, setup wizard on netgear - nothing.
help please
