No service

Is this where I ask someone to please help fix my service…. Internet has been off since Sat 24/9/22. I’ve turned off and on a few times. The modem has the dsl light flashing but internet light isn’t on. If this isn’t the right place, please direct me. I’ve been hoping it would just come back on so now using my phone data…. Which is dwindling!!
