Hi 👋 I have just changed from nbn to broadband thru iiNet.
Now I have no upload and no solution from iiNet. The modem was reset yesterday but I have nice service ☹️ Can you please advise. Many thanks GinaP

I hav no service that I can use.
The down load is at 15-18 mb … upload 0.

Since the issue you're having is related to your iiNet account kindly reach out to them as though TPG and iiNet is under the same umbrella we still operate independently of each other.
