Not been contacted about moving home

I moved home over two weeks ago and have made multiple inquiries about setting up my ADSL2+ plan at my new location but no one has contacted me yet and I still do not have any internet connection. Every time I use the online chat it tells me they are busy with other people. Can someone please advise when I will be contacted? My username is Mikhail4bryen
