Online nbn cancellation

I have tried to request cancellation of my nbn plan on 17th March and sent the request again on 21st March, thinking after charging for one more month the account would be cancelled. I just found out that the plan is still existing and making transaction. How can i cancel my nbn plan?

Are you able to confirm the reason as to why you have decided to end your service with us? Also, include your TPG customer ID or username with your contact details via private message.
