Get online support
Hi,
I've been experiencing packet loss while playing online games, mostly Valorant. I am using a wired ethernet connection and using the Huawei HG659 that was supplied when we switched over to NBN.
I've contacted a support staff from Riot Games and we went through different solutions but the problem still persisted and they think the problem may be with the ISP. I have uploaded two different traceroute tests with one pinging the OCE server for the game and another pinging google.com.
