Hi there,
I have been with TPG for a few months now and since they have such good reviews I was expecting good service (I have the NBN100 pack) but my packet loss has been very bad, even my internet speeds have been bad. I have done multiple speed tests and even on the 5g network I sometimes get 30mpbs which is low. I would like to see what the problem is because I have never experienced this!
