I asked you over a week ago for a payment extension because I have been sent home for a fortnight without pay because of the virus. You sent a email today saying no extensions. Please email me NOW with the total amount that I owe and I will borrow the money pay the bill and will cancel my contract. If this is how you treat customers that have been with you for over twelve years, I don't want anything to do with you. I will go on line and voice my LEGAL rights and let everybody know how you treat your customers. I also have many recorded conversations with your overseas call center's which I will put on line. Twelve years of monthly payments and this is the way you treat me. Well you know where you can stick your internet.
