Good morning,
I'm trying to upgrade my NBN plan, through My Account, from NBN50 to NBN100. However, I am presented with the following error:
"Unfortunately there was an unexpected error when submitting your registration.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Please contact TPG Customer Service on 13 14 23 for further assistance.
When contacting TPG, please quote this error code: < E:adsl_comm:thread_exists >"

Just an update. This has resolved itself on it's own.
I think the issue is that the "Installation Status" was still showing that an NBN technician was coming, even though it has been installed weeks ago.
Hopefully this helps someone in a similar scenario.
