Plan Upgrade to NBN

Hi,

 

I am an existing TPG customer and wish to change / upgrade to NBN plan and $10 local phone plan. 

 

Can you please advise next steps?

I tried to change to NBN via existing plan via the TPG App and over the website.

 

I get an error message when I go to lock in new 18 month contract - that NBN is available in my area though extra information is required. I am referred to change of plan team though I haven't been able to get through on the 1300 number.
