Plan and speed change

Hi,

 

I was told it will only take around 2 hours to change my plan and speed, then on phoning they informed me it can take 48 hrs, bit still two days out, no speed or plan change, any ideas?

We were able to pull up your account using your community details. We can confirm that your plan has been changed from NBN Broadband S Bundle to NBN Broadband Superfast today.

 

You may restart your modem and then run a speedtest. Let us know how it goes.

Thank for that, when I phoned them, they said was waiting for the bank to process the payment, so all good now, thank you,
