Please cancel my Internet Connection

I've been trying to reach TPG to cancel my internet services for the past two weeks. There is no update on the cancellation, and now TPG has billed me for the April 2020 service. The customer Service is not allowing me to cancel the internet connection as there is an outstanding amount.


I've paid the internet billing so as to proceed with the cancellation. I'm now very worried, this will be dragged on again till May 2020, and another bill will be sent to me for May 2020 and I will be asked again to Pay this bill before the service is cancelled. 


Can I ask who can help me out, and if this internet connection is not terminated, what are my options as in making a formal complaint to TPG or which ministry can I approach for help? Seeking your kind input from the community. Thank you in advance!!
