Please fix my ADSL

My internet is down since morning, spent an hour waiting in the queue to chat to tech support, and then another half an hour running the tests. The person confirmed that they cannot read my modem, and they will reopen an existing ticket that got resolved two days ago, and that they will escalate for immediate action!hoping that it will be fixed today. 10 hours later I got an SMS giving me a ticket number but no mention of ETA or booking a technician. I guess the person just forgot to open the ticket or escalate it? Not happy with handling the support stuff during this unfortunate situation when we need internet more than ever to be able to work from home. Anyway, can you please check this out and see if it can be fixed tomorrow? I really need it working before starting the work on Monday
