Please help, billing problems

Good morning,
Hopefully someone can help me. I have updated my payment information and was wondering how long it normally takes to process payment? My account statements say owing $59.99 but then when I go to re-try a failed payment it says there’s nothing owing. Also nothing has been withdrawn from my bank account. Please help.

Never mind, it’s been processed now but I don’t know how to delete this question 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi @Username123 , Direct Debit payment normally takes 3-4 working days to be completed while Credit Card payment is real-time.
