Please help me either; 1. Move my service to new home or 2. Disconnect with TPG forever

I have been trying to move my service since last week.

I have been promised by two people that I will be called back.

What do I have to d for customer service with TPG?

I need someone to PLEASE help me move my service to a new home or disconnect me. Either of those two will be fine.
