Hi @Mrzack808, we can see that our Engineering Team has booked a technician on September 08,2018, 1PM-5PM.

 

The technician will further investigate the issue and please make sure that the telephone socket is accessible.

 

The case engineer will provide further updates as soon as the final report is received from the technician.
