Poor service

I am totally amazed that an Internet provider that has email in our current pricing would believe it's okay to reduce their contractual services without compensation to its clients. We pay for Email in our plans. It would only be acceptible if TPG reduced the cost by the exact amount this new email company wants us to pay once the 2024 date occurs. I have seen large companies such as Ford make similar mistakes and it has cost the company millions in court costs, fines and compensation to customers for not meeting their contractual obligations. I hope TPG takes note of this and meets its end of the contract or compensates its clients appropriately. You have 1 year to rethink this strategy or I and many other long term clients will be forced to move to another provider that offers a full service. Disappointing for a customer of over 20 years to see this type of thing happen.
