Poor service

Hi TPG,
You guys call me with an hour when you want to sell your product. But when I have a complain, you don’t even reply or reach back.
Now I just want to quote my conversation with your customer support officer (I I think his name was ruwan/ riwan/ ) that the minimum speed that is guarenteed to me on my plan is 10.9 mbps. The reason I asked this is because I have less than 0.5 mbps for a month now and your customer support does not answer the phone. That is very very poor service. I paid for something that I couldn’t use. I have been using my phone as a modem In my house. I hope you guys can call me soon to discuss the services that I have received in last month.

What service or plan do you have?

That may help you to check the realspeed you are getting.
