Poor speed with NBN Broadband Unlimited Superfast

Hi, I took up the offer of NBN Broadband Unlimited Superfast following the 6 month free trial. During the trial my speeds averaged 200Mbps download and 20Mbps upload. I am FTTP and in a new house. Nothing has changed but now the speed is averaging 50Mbps and I’m wondering when the speed I’m paying extra money for will be delivered. How can I best address this issue?
