Poor upload speed

Over the last two days my download speeds have been great, and jitter very low, however, upload speed is only around 6Mbps. 

I've rebooted router and modem with no change.

Checked other family members - they weren't uploading.

I'm working from home, and can't do video calls without tethering to my mobile.
