Just had our NBN relocation done today. My current plan is 100Mbps down and 40 Mpbs up. Post relocation, the upload speed is now capped at 20Mpbs. I wasn't informed when by TPG when I requested the relocation service. Been told I need to take this up with NBN by TPG service team and TPG cannot do anything about this. Basically I am downgraded without any reason and not made aware. And I am locked in with TPG for a few more months. Where to from here?
