Hello, in need of help here.
My father is 88 years old and is showing signs of dementia. I have Power Of Attorney for him, although I haven't lodged it with TPG yet as I was unaware that Dad had an internet service with you.
He rang me to say he had received a bill from TPG Insurance (??) which had been sent to his old address, having recently moved to a retirement village.
1)Can you confirm for me if xxxxx Allan xxxxx of 8 xxxxx St xxxxx D.O.B. 3/xx/xxhas an account with TPG. I cannot find prior records with an account number, my apologies.
2)If he does have an account how do I register my Power Of Attorney to manage his affairs?
I'm assuming that once my POA is applied I will be able to fix any outstanding bills and change his address.
With thanks, Wayne Edwards.

Hi! That's really a big problem. It is hard today to deal with elderly relatives who got some diseases. My grandma had alzheimer’s disease the last few years of her life, and we needed a specialized nursing home where she would feel good, but we couldn't afford one. Then we managed to hire a professional attorney for this case, and he helped us to form the necessary documents to get social help for her. She passed away about a year ago, and the year before she couldn't remember our names and it was terrible to see her acting like a child. But i miss her very much, she was a person with beautiful soul; I’ll never forget her
I've been through something similar with my grandma, who also had Alzheimer's. It's heart-wrenching to see them struggle. We also sought legal help, which made a big difference in navigating the complexities. Memories of her warm spirit stay close to my heart. Speaking of legal matters, I came across this intriguing link: https://federal-lawyer.com/whistleblower-lawyers/wrong/. It's always good to stay informed about legal resources!
