We'd love to help see what causing speed issues with the service and get to the bottom of this. Could you post the speedtest result on this thread using smart phone and desktop/laptop connected via LAN cable for comparative purposes.

I have been 2 months with TPG for wireless internet. The connection and speed of the internet is worse than my previous internet connection.
