We're able to retrieve your account using your community details. I believe that you have spoken with our tech specialist earlier regarding the service outage. The NBN tech has identified that the power supply has been switched off by the power distributor. This cannot be restored by the tech and instead has been logged with the power supplier (Ausgrid) for action. There is currently no ETR (estimated time of restoration) available. An aerial crew from the local power distributor will attend the site today to rectify the issue.
In regard to billing adjustment, we can have it assessed after your service is restored.
