I have sent 2 emails to cancellation department but no reply.
I have cancelled my old bundle and you charged $59.99 because I did not give you notice.
The reson I ask refund is that I have called again and got a new bundle two days after cancellation. Cancellation email replied that we will refund it but it has been one month and still no refund and no explanation.
My old user name is XXXX and new one XXXXX. Please investigate the issue and reply me with clarification. Thanks.
