Hi there,
This is Raj, by the end of this month I am leaving Melbourne so before that I want to cancel my internet service could you help me to disconnect. Thanks in advance

We regret to learn that you're canceling your TPG service, but we understand your reason for doing so. We can have our Escalations Team contact you regarding your request. Can you PM us the customer ID/username (or the service address) of the account you wish to cancel, best contact number and preferred time for a call.
