Regular Internet Drop Outs - FTTN

Hi Team

 

I have recently had my modem replaced due to dropouts that have been occuring, however this has not resolved the issue. I have already had 2 random dropouts this morning alone. These drop outs have not improved and if anything are now more frequent.

Can some line testing be organised if possible and also a review of the connections at your end?
