Regular drop outs of NBN internet and VOIP phone not working - TPG uncontactable.

How can I get in contact with you to get this fixed? Online chat does not work. Phones do not answer....... I have been trying on and off for the last two days since this problem began. Internet connection is not stable enough. Really frustrated.
