Your service is currently affected by an ongoing NBN outage. It was raised by NBNCo at 02:26 AEDT today (Dec 12). The service disruption is due to a local power outage. Unfortunately, the power distributor has not advised of an Estimated Time of Restoration yet.
NBN's Network Engineers are monitoring the situation and once the power is restored will test alarms and perform health checks on the network to confirm stability.
Nonetheless, our Technical Team is also monitoring the updates from NBNCo. Once the issue has been resolved or additional update is available, you will be notified via SMS.
