Sandringham VIC - No internet since Friday 27/03

Have TPG NBN, no internet since yesterday afternoon and cannot get back on, have tried resetting modem, power cycle etc. No way to contact TPG, online chat just says their members are busy with other customers every time I try.

Why don't you at least have an email/ticket system, isn't this 2020? Coronavirus aside guys come on, get an email address or make outbound calls from home. Need a fox ASAP.
