Every night my internet disconnects at exactly 12 midnight.
This is on the dot 12 midnight.
Why are TPG/NBN disconnecting my service without any communication or correspondence with me? Moreover, why is this being scheduled for every night?
I can understand for the purposes of maintenance but this is every single night.
Please resolve this issue for me as I am really getting over this interrupting my use.
This has been occurring since around the last maintenance that was done in our area (I don't recall it happening prior to then).
