I was able to locate the account and it seems that this issue has been raised to our Postmaster by one of my Colleague, Please confirm if you're still having issues sending emails.
On the other hand, the account was ban due to spam related activity. Our Postmaster advise to scan your PC and use SMTP Authentication to avoid being blocked again.
