Slave password reset

One of my slave email accounts that my wife needs, has to have its password reset. Called the help desk but their password reset methods wouldn’t work so they told me somone from engineering would call me back yesterday. Hasn’t yet though. We had this problem a while back and the person on the phone was able to reset it for us but TPG doesn’t seem able to do this anymore?

Acceptable IDs are as follows:

Australian Driver's License

Australian Passport

International Passport

Government Issued Proof of Age/Photo Card

 

Note: Take a selfie holding the same ID next to your face.
