Get online support
I have the premium plan which promises around 15Mbps.. I am getting nowhere near that and Working From Home is a pain.
I have called support and they told me to reboot the modem. That worked for 20 mins. Then back again.
If this is not solved then I am off to another provider. I have executed a speed test from the TPG portal and I am getting a upload speed of 0.2Mbps which is consistent throughout the day.
