Slow ADSL2+ connection or no connection at all

Hi,
For the last two weeks my internet connection has been getting progressively slower to the point where it is no longer useable. Sometimes the modem says there is an internet connection however it is that bad that I cannot load a webpage. Now there is no internet light on the modem at all! It’s very frustrating to be paying for a service that I am unable to use.
Is anyone experiencing similiar issues? I’m at Caringbah.
