Hi tech team, I am encountering slow sync speeds with my modem on Thursday. It has always been averaging about 18000kbps downstream, but since then, it's about 4000-5000kbps. I have completed the following:

Hi @darryl03, we can see that the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and this has been lodged to Telstra for further investigation.
Telstra has committed to send a technician anytime between now and 15/May/2019. Your attendance is not required as they will only be checking the lines outside.
The case engineer will be in touch via SMS or a phone call as soon as the final report regarding the outcome of the technician visit is received.
