Thanks for raising this to us, what troubleshooting you have done so far? Usually on this kind of issue a reboot of the modem/router for 3-5mins will do the trick.

I've just upgraded my home internet to the NBN50 (FTTN) plan. My download speed is fine as you can see in the screenshot but my upload speed is terrible. Is there a way I can improve my upload speed?
