5G speed at 8.25pm on 23/03/2022 – 6.9mbps.
I’m paying for 100mbps – 5G internet which guarantees minimum speed of 82mbps during the peak time (7.00pm to 11pm) but unfortunately I’m getting only 6.9mbps (see below screenshot). The speed test was done using the TPG’s own speed test website.
Tried to call technical support and after staying on line for 30 minutes line was disconnected. Poor technical support / customer service and will be moving to a better internet provider and will not recommend TPG to anyone.
Further, I’m getting shocking speed of 1mbps during non-peak times

Last Saturday, I contacted a technician and he asked me to re-set the modem. After the re-setting it improved however, after few hours it was back to slow speed. Since then I have re-set the modem few times with no improvement. My first month of 5G is free but what's the point of a having slow speed free internet for a month. Since I have no contract with TPG 5G and also my TPG NBN contract which I signed in January 2022 automatically over when I transfer to TPG 5G, there is nothing stopping me from looking for other providers.
