We are on the top tier nbn plan.We constantly cant watch a kids cartoon on netflix without it being blurry as it isnt downloading fast enough. Getting plenty of drop outs, even with only 1 device connected, and time of day or night (have a newborn so anytime is a time that may need something to watch or surf).
I often have to turn off wifi on my phone to be able to load simple apps like abc, which take minutes using wifi even next to router, or seconds on my mobile network.
