Slow upload speed

Hi

Its been 2 weeks

My nbn upload speed is too low When I test the internet speed download is 40-50 mbps
But the upload speed is 0.9~0.8 mbps

I think it’s not a normal thing
They should have a problem


And advise for me or any suggestions

There are many reasons why your upload speed might be slow. We need to pull up your account in order for us to know what service plan you're on and what's the best way to address the issue. Kindly PM your TPG account username or customer ID and we'll take it from there.
