Slowing down of my NBN speed

In the past few month the speed of my NBN conection has slowed down considerably a few nights ago it was as low as 1.59Mbps I did it again to check and took a screen shot this was taken at 8:48 pm and only 2 mobile phones connect o Wifi We live 800 meters from the node this should not influance the service because we are 10klm away from an exchange and ADSL2+ ran faster that this
