Have you tried to connect the Smart TV via LAN/Ethernet cable? Also is it only the device having Wi-Fi connection issue?
Please post a screen shot of the error message of the Smart TV.
Note: If all device(s) is working/connecting fine with Wi-Fi except the Smart TV you may need to contact the manufacturer to additional troubleshooting.
