Speed upgrade on NBN

I recently purchased the basic NBN speed (12/1 Mbps) on a no lock-in contract, if I want to upgrade the speed how do I do this and how long will the speed upgrade take to kick in? thanks. Elss

TPG give an ETA of 1-2 working days for NBN speed change, in reality sometimes it can take as little as a few hours.

 

Best to wait until your service is installed then call plan change area on 1300 720 016. Downgrades and upgrades on TPG NBN are free as seen at www.tpg.com.au/nbn (click on Extra Pricing Info).
