Storm made nbn modem clicking and red light blinking

Hi my internet is down after a major storm last night. The modem has been clicking since last night. Blue power light, blinking red light on the line light. No light on the others. I have tried resetting the modem. Unplugging the power, leaving it for a while and restart the modem, but the issue persist.
