Ever since I joined TPG, there seemed to be minimal issues with internet speeds. Usually within the high 30's as per my NBN Standard Plus plan with a HFC connection. However, recently there have been major issues with download and upload speeds over the past week. If anyone from TPG could aid me in fixing these poor speeds, it would be greatly appreciated, as these results do not suffice the agreement speeds of the Standard Plus plan from TPG themselves.
